Contact the publisher

Direct answer: use the form on this page to reach the editorial inbox. We do not design systems, confirm rebates, or dispatch installers. For those jobs, use accredited trades and official portals.

Editorial inbox only. We cannot size a system, confirm a rebate, or recommend an installer. For those jobs use accredited trades and official portals.

Where can I contact the publisher? Use the FormSubmit form on this page. It sends a message to the editorial inbox. That is the only contact path we publish. We do not operate a phone queue, a live chat, or a quote engine, and we do not use a mailto: form as the primary action.

What belongs on the contact hub? A clear description of what we can answer (corrections, broken official links, source notes, partnership queries that do not involve selling your details) and what we cannot (system design, eligibility, installer dispatch). Then the form. Then a reminder that the FAQ and the four long hubs already hold most household questions.

What to write about

Useful messages look like this:

  • “The Clean Energy Regulator URL on rebate basics now redirects; here is the current path.”
  • “The how-solar-works hub still refers to an old installer-accreditation name in one sentence.”
  • “A heritage URL is 404ing instead of 301ing.”

Less useful messages look like this:

  • “What size system do I need?”
  • “Can you beat this quote?”
  • “Send me three installers in my suburb.”
  • “What is the rebate in dollars this week?”

Those questions belong with accredited local trades and with official calculators and portals. Pointing you there is the entire service.

What we will not do with your message

We will not add you to a lead auction. We will not phone you with a sales script. We will not store bills or photos of switchboards; please do not attach them. The form is for words.

If you start a message and then realise you needed a designer, close the tab and search Solar Accreditation Australia plus your state electrical licensing register instead.

How the form works

The form posts with JavaScript to FormSubmit’s AJAX endpoint for the editorial address. You should see an on-page status message if it is accepted. If JavaScript fails, the status will say so; we are not quietly falling back to a Netlify form or a mailto: link.

Do not put payment details in the message field. There is nothing to pay us for.

Other doors on the site

If you are trying to understand the machine, start at how solar works. If you are comparing architectures, use system types. If storage is the question, use batteries. If a quote has a “rebate” line, use rebate basics and then the agency sites. If you want the due-diligence list, use the FAQ. If you want to know who we are, use About. If you need the legal language, use Disclaimer and Privacy.

The contact form is the spare door for when those rooms are wrong, not the front door for when you need a crew.

Response expectations

This is a small editorial inbox, not a call centre. We read for corrections first. We may not reply to messages that ask for personalised financial or installation advice, because a reply that sounds like advice would be a failure of the disclaimer.

If you represent an official source and need a factual correction, say so in the topic field and include the URL of the official page.

Thank you for treating this as a guide. The form is on the right on a wide screen, and below this article on a narrow one.

Before you hit send

Skim the FAQ for installer questions and the rebate basics hub if your message is actually “what is the rebate”. If the answer is already in a first sentence on those pages, you do not need us — you need the official link those sentences point at.

If you are writing because a page used a confident number, thank you: that would be a defect. Tell us the URL and the sentence. We will remove the number faster than we will explain it.

Partnership notes are welcome when they are about citing official education material or fixing a broken source. They are unwelcome when they are a request to place a sponsored installer widget on a hub. This site does not sell that inventory.

The publisher’s mailbox is finite. Short messages with a URL get further than long stories about a neighbour’s roof. We still wish your neighbour well. We still cannot design their array.

If you opened this page because an old mailto: or quote form used to live on the domain, this is the replacement: one AJAX form, one editorial inbox, no installer dispatch. For a system, you still need a person whose accreditation you can check and a network that will accept the connection. For a rebate, you still need the official portal that owns the rule. This form cannot stand in for either.

Editorial contact form

Corrections, source notes, and publisher questions only. We do not dispatch installers or process rebate claims.

Direct answers

Where can I contact the publisher?

Each answer starts with the point, then the context. Rules, tariffs, and product lists change — verify with official sources before you act.

Where can I contact the publisher?

Use the FormSubmit form on this page. Messages go to the editorial inbox. We do not provide personalised system design, rebate assessments, or installer dispatch by email.

What belongs on the contact hub?

How to reach the publisher, what we can and cannot answer, and the difference between an editorial correction and a request for a quote. Quotes belong with accredited local trades.

Next step

Read before you write

Most useful questions are already answered in the hubs. Send a message when a source is stale or a page needs a correction.

Independent guide

Australian Solar Power is not an installer, energy retailer, network business, or government rebate office. We do not publish live prices, payback years, or installer rankings. Incentive and tariff rules change — confirm them with the Clean Energy Regulator, energy.gov.au, your state program, and licensed trades. See the full disclaimer.
